Notice & Consent Regarding Electronic Disclosures

Electronic Delivery of Disclosures:

You are electronically submitting a loan application and/or other documents through the Honda of Weatherford website. We can only give you the benefits of this service by conducting our business through the Internet. In order to do this, we need your consent to receive certain Disclosures electronically. This document informs you of your rights when receiving legally required disclosures, notices and information ("Disclosures") from Honda of Weatherford. By completing and submitting a loan application and/or other document through Honda of Weatherford, you acknowledge receipt of this document and consent to the electronic delivery of such Disclosures. Disclosures related in any way to your loan application and/or other documents completed and submitted to Honda of Weatherford electronically will be provided to you electronically through our website. Your consent to receive Disclosures and to do business with Honda of Weatherford electronically applies only to the loan application and any other documents currently being submitted.
Paper Copies of Disclosures: Should you wish to obtain a paper copy of any of the Disclosures, you may send a written request for any specific disclosures to Honda of Weatherford, Attn: Written Disclosure Request, 851 W I-20, Weatherford, Texas 76087. Please include the address where you want the requested paper copies of Disclosures mailed. Paper copies of the requested disclosures will be provided to you at no charge.
Hardware and Software Requirements: In order for you to access and retain the Disclosures electronically, you must have access to a computer equipped with the following software and hardware: Internet Explorer 6.0 or above or equivalent software; and hardware capable of running this software. Withdrawing Consent: You may withdraw your consent to receive the Disclosures electronically only prior to completing and submitting your loan application and any other documents electronically and only by choosing not to complete and submit your loan application and any other documents electronically. If you withhold or withdraw your consent to receive the Disclosures electronically, you cannot do business with us electronically. Because we will provide Disclosures to you instantaneously as part of the online loan application process, once you proceed with completing and submitting your loan application and any other documents to us electronically, you will not be able to withdraw your consent to receive Disclosures electronically. However, you can request paper copies at no charge as set forth above. Should you decide to withdraw your consent, the legal validity and enforceability of prior electronic Disclosures will not be affected.
Changes to Your Contact Information: Keep us informed of any change to your e mail or mailing address or other contact information. You should notify us by email at kspringer@hondaofweatherford.com of any such changes.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION AND/OR OTHER DOCUMENTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE REFERENCED HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE CAPABILITIES NECESSARY FOR YOU TO ACCESS AND RETAIN ALL DISCLOSURES IN ELECTRONIC FORM. BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING YOUR LOAN APPLICATION AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, YOU CONSENT TO HAVING ALL DISCLOSURES PROVIDED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU IN ELECTRONIC FORM, INCLUDING HONDA OF WEATHERFORD'S WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY AND LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND CONSENT TO DOING BUSINESS WITH US ELECTRONICALLY.
